Responsibilities
  • Define the best full funnel strategy for the Middle East to ensure Sephora’s ownership of share of voice across the region.
  • Define specific media and performance strategies and optimize across the calendar in key KCPs and animation periods.
  • Develop a performance media strategy that ensures new client recruitment and balances paid and free traffic.
  • Influence the content factory for appropriate assets and concepts to ensure impactful visibility and desirability across the funnel.
  • Ensure media innovation, especially in branding, to build new brand statement opportunities.
  • Manage all key OOH bookings, timelines, and dates, securing key placements as per marketing and animation calendar, including pioneering new investment areas.
  • Collaborate with the agency to build, monitor, and track campaigns with clear deliverables and measurable metrics.
  • Manage agency relationships from briefing to final monitoring, ensuring KPIs are met and adjustments are made as needed.
  • Manage media and campaign calendars to prevent cannibalization and optimize spend efficiency across digital platforms.
  • Report on KPIs and campaign effectiveness, and optimize performance accordingly.
  • Target the right audiences effectively based on campaign objectives.
  • Create insightful post-campaign reports with key learnings and benchmarks.
  • Develop tools and methods to measure the impact of media strategies on brand awareness and business.
  • Oversee budgets to ensure resource efficiency and alignment with calendar objectives.
  • Partner with marketing leads to ensure coherence across all customer touchpoints.
  • Align launch, planning, and animation calendars across channels for effective media planning and spend.
  • Coordinate processes, meetings, and calendars between media teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Contract clear deliverables with media agencies across full funnel spend, app optimization, and affiliate marketing.
  • Conduct performance reviews mid-year and annually against key deliverables.
  • Lead strategy meetings with agencies for planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with LVMH Media for optimizations, reporting, and appraisals.
