We are currently seeking a Fulfillment & Inventory Manager to lead our end-to-end order fulfillment operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods from warehouse to customer, while maintaining strong inventory accuracy and optimizing warehouse workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfillment Operations

• Oversee daily order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate pick, pack, and dispatch
• Monitor performance metrics like order accuracy, fulfillment time, and delivery success
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize last-mile delivery and returns handling
  
  

Inventory Management

• Manage inventory flow including receiving, putaway, stock tracking, and restocking
• Ensure real-time inventory accuracy across all systems and storage locations
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve any variances proactively
  
  

Process Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency
• Implement best practices and scalable workflows for high-volume operations
  
  

Team Leadership

• Train and manage warehouse staff to uphold fulfillment and inventory SOPs
• Collaborate closely with operations, warehouse, customer service, and tech teams
  
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and present reports on fulfillment KPIs, inventory performance, and improvement initiatives
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in fulfillment, e-commerce logistics, or inventory/warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and fulfillment operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS software
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Arabic is a plus
