Job summary

The Greater Change is seeking an experienced Import Clearance Executive to manage end-to-end clearance operations at Fujairah Port. The role requires hands-on UAE customs procedures, import documentation, and Bill of Entry processing to ensure timely, compliant cargo release.

You will coordinate with UAE Customs, Fujairah Port, and carriers, maintain meticulous records, and prepare invoices for port and customs charges. Immediate availability and a UAE driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in import clearance at Fujairah Port.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE customs procedures and documentation.
• Hands on experience with Bill of Entry processing and customs systems.
• Good understanding of Fujairah Port regulations and clearance workflows.
• Working knowledge of HS codes, Incoterms and customs duties.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive shipments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent written/spoken English.
• Immediate availability is preferred and UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import clearance at Fujairah Port from vessel to final release.
• Prepare, verify and submit import documentation including Bill of Lading, DO, invoice, packing list, origin.
• Process Bills of Entry and customs declarations with accurate HS codes and duty calculations.
• Coordinate with UAE Customs, Fujairah Port and terminal operators to obtain approvals.
• Track shipments, monitor delays to avoid charges and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain records and prepare clearance-related invoices and cost sheets.
