Confidential is seeking a Finance Officer for full-time on-site work in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory obligations under FSRA/ADGM Category 3C, with emphasis on timely filings and accurate submissions.

The candidate will manage financial statements, tax compliance, and coordination with the compliance function to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with professional certifications preferred.
• Hands-on ADGM/FSRA experience required; Category 3C experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FSRA regulatory/prudential reporting and FTA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Support the preparation and review of annual financial statements.
• Lead FSRA regulatory and prudential reporting for a Category 3C Authorised Person.
• Ensure compliance with UAE FTA, VAT and Corporate Tax obligations.
