Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced financial reporting professional to prepare and review periodic statements and provide management with insights for decision-making.

You will ensure IFRS compliance, coordinate with auditors, and support budgeting and financial planning, with a strong focus on accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA/CMA as preferred professional qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor general ledger accuracy and month-end/year-end closures.
• Assist in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
• Prepare reports for regulatory authorities and senior management.

Role Summary:

Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and analyzing periodic financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Supports management with accurate financial information and insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and company accounting policies.
• Perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit engagements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor general ledger accuracy and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures.
• Assist in implementing financial controls and process improvements.
