Job summary

Fatherson International is seeking an Architectural Draftsman in Dubai to produce accurate 2D drawings and 3D models from designs and specifications. You will develop construction and shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, and ensure compliance with project standards for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.

You will coordinate with architects, BIM teams, and site personnel, revise drawings per client input, and maintain thorough drawing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Prepare architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and layouts.
• Coordinate architectural drawings with ME P, structural, and civil drawings.
• Revise drawings according to consultant and client comments.
• Prepare as-built drawings and maintain proper drawing documentation.

Architectural Draftsman – Job Description

An Architectural Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate architectural drawings and detailed plans based on architectural designs, project specifications and client requirements. The role involves developing 2D drawings and 3D models, coordinating with architects and other engineering disciplines, and ensuring drawings comply with project standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
