As a Team Leader - Front Desk, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ideally, you should hold a degree in hospitality and have previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in an additional language, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
