Job Description:

As a Front Office Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the front office operations and leading the team on shift to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll act as a point of contact for both team members and guests, ensuring smooth check-ins, prompt service, and a luxurious welcome that reflects the prestige of the world’s tallest hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the front office team during shifts, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and warmth.
  • Resolve guest concerns and handle feedback in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Supervise and train front desk agents, providing guidance and coaching where needed.
  • Monitor room status, guest preferences, and special requests to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
  • Handle cash, billing, and transactions according to company standards and procedures.
  • Ensure front desk area remains organized, professional, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Support VIP arrivals and departures with personalized attention and care.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel; supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS and front desk procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Guest-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional grooming and positive, can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
