Front Office Supervisor
Job description
Supervise front desk staff and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
Train and support team members to uphold service standards.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in front office or guest services roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PMS (e.g., Opera) preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
