Job description

Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to lead our Front Office team. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
  • Lead, train, and motivate Front Desk Associates to uphold Marriott standards
  • Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and urgency
  • Ensure the team is fully proficient in OPERA, etc.
  • Maintain proper shift handovers, reports, and audit processes
  • Support Front Office leadership in maximizing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments
  • Uphold Marriott brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office Supervisor or Team Leader role in a 4/5-star hotel
  • Strong hands-on experience with OPERA PMS
  • Marriott experience is preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
