Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team.

About the Hotel: Located in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Palace offers 390 luxurious rooms and suites, a private beach, landscaped pools, and a private marina. The hotel is renowned for its award-winning 5-star luxury hospitality and authentic local experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily reception operations, including guest arrivals, departures, room assignments, and registrations.
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of reception staff, ensuring grooming standards and service quality.
  • Conduct training for new hires and ongoing staff development.
  • Motivate staff to deliver excellent performance.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest information accuracy and fulfill guest requests efficiently.
  • Stay informed about hotel services and local travel information.
  • Supervise cashier duties and update loyalty program information.
  • Perform shift handovers, reporting any guest issues or incidents.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including reports and briefings.
