A leading hospitality provider in Dubai seeks a Front Office professional to support guest relations and maximize service opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, adhere to brand standards, and maintain positive team dynamics while assisting guests. Language skills in Russian or Arabic are preferred.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome is achieved.
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
- Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
- Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards.
- Follow and adhere to company brand standards.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members.
Requirements:
- Preferably candidates who can speak Russian or Arabic Language
