The Role

Receptionist (Front Office) – Mandarin Speaking

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Receptionist to join the Front Office team at a prestigious hotel.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Deliver excellent customer service when processing reservations and handling guest requests.
  2. Complete all administrative tasks for the guest services area accurately and efficiently, in line with hotel standards and procedures.
  3. Foster a positive working environment where staff are well-trained, supportive, and competent.
  4. Maintain the health, hygiene, and professional appearance of the Front Office and its team.
  5. Work both independently and as part of a team to uphold high quality standards.
Ideal Profile
Requirements :
  1. At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  2. A hospitality qualification is preferred.
  3. Good numeracy skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  4. Previous experience working in a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.
  5. Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
