Location: Sharjah Industrial Area 4

Salary: 4,000 AED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations and supervise admin staff
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and official communication
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, records, and other documentation
  • Ensure proper filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Communicate with vendors and service providers
  • Monitor office expenses and support basic budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency required)
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Strong administrative support and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in operating and managing office equipment
