Job description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator position on behalf of one of our long-standing and highly respected clients within the UAE. With a presence that spans across the globe and a reputation for innovation, safety, and operational excellence, this organisation has set the benchmark in its industry. Their state-of-the-art facilities in Jebel Ali are a testament to their ongoing commitment to delivering world-class service, and they are now looking for a polished, professional individual to be the welcoming face of their Dubai office.

This is a key front-facing role, and we are seeking a confident, articulate, and impeccably presented Receptionist who can manage a busy front desk with poise and professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with warmth and efficiency while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including entry-level HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the front desk and greet visitors and clients.
  2. Support the team with administrative tasks.
  3. Provide entry-level HR support.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written) is essential.
  2. Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
  3. Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or multinational environment.

This role offers a structured work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who understands the importance of collaboration, reliability, and creating a great first impression.
