  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently, utilizing a multi-line phone system to prioritize urgent inquiries.
  • Manage appointment scheduling with precision, coordinating between clients and staff to optimize time management and resource allocation.
  • Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring that it is clean, welcoming, and stocked with necessary materials and information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and proper documentation for tracking purposes.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support office operations and improve workflow.
  • Provide accurate information about the company’s services and offerings, enhancing client understanding and satisfaction.
  • Monitor security protocols by issuing visitor badges and maintaining a log of visitors, ensuring a safe environment for all.
  • Facilitate communication between departments by relaying messages and disseminating information effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a front office or customer-facing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
