We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who wish to advance their careers. As a Captain, you will be responsible for providing professional, customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Performing all tasks necessary to service food & beverage according to the hotel’s performance standards.
2. Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet to assist and advise guests effectively.
3. Practicing good customer relations and satisfactorily attending to customer complaints and queries.
4. Ensuring the outlet is properly set up for service and supervising smooth operations.
5. Directing and supervising the service team to ensure all duties are performed according to standards.
6. Providing adequate training to colleagues to perform their duties effectively.
7. Organizing, planning, and controlling supplies, maintaining concise records of beverage stock to ensure availability.
8. Minimizing wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
9. Utilizing upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a diploma or degree in hospitality with a maximum of two years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of both written and spoken English is required, and familiarity with Micros systems is desirable. Previous leadership and supervisory experience is a definite advantage.
