Job Description
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Support other departments as needed with clerical tasks.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and a professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
