• Welcome & greet patients and direct them appropriately to the relevant departments, giving clear instructions.
• Provide hospital information and answer patient queries.
• Handle complaints in a structured, timely and professional manner, ensuring fairness, courtesy and respect for privacy while identifying problems and continuously improving departmental services.
• Ensure patients have an overall positive experience.
• Act as liaison between departments when required.
• Manage the reception and waiting areas.
• Handle telephone enquiries and direct queries accordingly.
