Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Dubai seeks a Corporate Finance professional for a front-office, client-centric role with exposure to advisory and capital markets across the Middle East, North Africa and globally.

You will work on complex projects, build financial models, and contribute to live deals and pitches while collaborating with regional and offshore teams. A postgraduate degree and up to 12 months of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Maximum 12months of prior experience in corporate finance, investment banking and related fields.
• Demonstrable track record of seeking out M&A, advisory or capital markets experience (via university activities, internships, etc.).
• Strong technical skills including financial modelling, financial analysis and understanding of valuation methodologies.
• Conscientious, dedicated individual with excellent analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in English.
• Strong proficiency with financial analytics software and Microsoft suite of products.
• Commercial instinct and passion for finance and capital markets with numbers.
• Results-driven under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Academic focus on business, finance, economics, mathematics or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Front office, client-centric role across projects for regional and global clients.
• Develop and apply models for M&A and capital markets transactions.
• Contribute to pitches, client presentations and industry analyses.
• Support live deals, project management and execution of transactions.
• Engage in client meetings and cross-team collaboration across the bank.
