Job summary

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in hospitality, 2+ years in supervision, and a high school diploma (college degree in Hotel Management preferred).

Qualifications

• Genuine service personality and high emotional intelligence.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or similar experience in a 5-star hospitality environment.
• High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all front office operational tasks adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prevent complaints and perform effective service recovery when needed.
• Proactively communicate with fellow Ambassadors, keeping guests' interests at heart.
