The Role of the Front Office Agent (English/Russian Speaker):

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Front Office Agent (English/Russian Speaker) to join a new takeover project in the UAE: Al Zorah Beach Resorts in Ajman, UAE, as it embarks on an inspiring transformation journey. This evolution will culminate in the grand opening of Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah in late 2026.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented Front Office Agent who is fluent in Russian and/or English to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Act as a key contact for Russian-speaking guests, providing support and assistance in their preferred language.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and services.
  • Handle room assignments, key issuance, and billing in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, promotions, and policies.
  • Process reservations and walk-ins according to the established procedures.
  • Ensure proper cash handling, posting of charges, and maintaining guest records.
  • Prepare and review daily reports, ensuring all transactions are accurate and documented properly.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in a Front Office Assistant role within a hotel or resort.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management
  • Experience working with the Opera system / Excel (Microsoft office).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset
  • The ability to work a rotating roster with evening and weekend availability
  • Fluent in English and/or Russian
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
