We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Front Office Agent to join the Traders Hotel team. The selected candidate shall be the face of the hotel, welcoming and assisting guests to ensure a memorable experience.

What are we looking for?

  • A warm and friendly personality with a positive demeanor.
  • A can-do attitude, self-motivated, and well-organized.
  • The ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Customer-oriented with good communication skills; outgoing personality is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of spoken English; additional languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Russian, and German are a plus.
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or customer service.
  • Higher Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
