Job Title: Front Office Administrator
Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000/month (up to AED 4,500/month if on own visa)

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly using a multi-line telephone system.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as per company policy.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement and delivery.
- Assist the HR and Admin team with onboarding processes and documentation.
- Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the front office area.
- Support team members and management with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a front office administrator, receptionist, or similar role.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE, especially JAFZA, is preferred.
- Must be currently residing in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation:
- AED 4,000 per month (Company visa)
- Up to AED 4,500 per month (If on own visa)
