Job description

Job Title: Front Office Administrator

Location: JAFZA, Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 4,000/month (up to AED 4,500/month if on own visa)

Industry: Manufacturing/Industrial Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly using a multi-line telephone system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue access passes as per company policy.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and meeting room bookings.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement and delivery.
  • Assist the HR and Admin team with onboarding processes and documentation.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the front office area.
  • Support team members and management with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a front office administrator, receptionist, or similar role.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE, especially JAFZA, is preferred.
  • Must be currently residing in the UAE; immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation:

  • AED 4,000 per month (Company visa)
  • Up to AED 4,500 per month (If on own visa)
  • Other statutory benefits as per UAE labor law
