About the Role:

We are seeking a Front Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative and front desk tasks. You’ll be the welcoming face of our office and provide vital support to our team. This role does not require prior experience — we welcome fresh applicants who are eager to grow and learn in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organize supplies
  • Prepare coffee/refreshments for guests and staff
  • Assist in document handling, printing, and filing
  • Perform data entry and basic Excel/Word tasks
  • Support the team with daily scheduling and paperwork
  • Help coordinate internal logistics for meetings or project visits

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good English communication (Arabic is a plus but not necessary)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
  • A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to multitask and take initiative
  • Must be available 6 days a week during office hours
  • Previous admin or front desk experience is a plus, but not required
