About the Role

As the first point of contact for our company, the Front of House plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests and employees. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and possesses excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all areas and check that previous issues have been dealt with or closed off satisfactorily.
  • Perform routine inventory duties, including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
  • Reception cover including greeting of all guests and VIP visitors to reception.
  • Handle corporate events by assisting with the set-up of venue and providing assistance to meet requirements.
  • Ensure that the look and feel of the reception area is maintained to a high standard.
  • Ensure that calls are answered in a professional and timely manner and that all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with service standards and response times.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
  • Assist with clients reports as required.
  • Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
  • Carry out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a five-star hotel in the UAE.
  • Front Office experience (reception).
  • Good people management skills.
  • Ability to deliver and manage associates’ satisfaction and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Capable of establishing a good relationship with clients, customers and service providers.
  • Native or fluent in Arabic, Russian and Mandarin will be an advantage.
