### Senior Front‑End Engineer (React/Next.js)

#### About the role

We’re building a next‑generation iGaming platform that seamlessly integrates Slotigator and SoftSwiss content under a single, lightning‑fast web experience. As our Senior Front‑End Engineer, you’ll own the browser layer end‑to‑end—from performance‑budgeted components to CI/CD on Vercel—working closely with design, product, and backend teams to ship features that thrill players at scale.

#### What you’ll do

* Architect & ship React/Next.js features

* Build UI and data flows using Server Components, App Router, and edge‑friendly APIs.

* Apply smart code‑splitting & lazy‑loading to keep first contentful paint razor‑thin.

* State management that scales

* Design stores and slices with Zustand and Redux Toolkit; choose the right tool for the job, keep them type‑safe with RTK Query or custom middleware.

* Styling & theming

* Craft responsive, accessible interfaces with Tailwind CSS, tailwind‑merge, and vanilla CSS modules.

* Maintain a consistent design‑token system supporting white‑label skins for multiple brands.

* Performance & quality

* Own Core Web Vitals; leverage next/image, dynamic imports, and progressive hydration.

* Write robust tests and follow our ESLint/Prettier/Husky workflow for spotless PRs.

* Ops & DX

* Configure build pipelines on Vercel, use preview deployments, analytics, and Speed Insights.

* Mentor mid‑level engineers, run architecture reviews, and advocate for best practices in TypeScript and functional programming.

Skills

What we’re looking for

* 5+ years professional JavaScript/TypeScript experience, with 3+ years in React and at least 1 year building production Next.js apps.

* Deep knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, and React Server Components; can articulate trade‑offs and pick the right option.

* Proven record optimizing bundle size, code‑splitting routes and components, and monitoring performance in production.

* Hands‑on with Vercel, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management (.env, Secret Manager).

* Comfort integrating REST/GraphQL/Socket endpoints and handling auth flows (Next‑Auth a plus).

* Strong UX sense and appreciation for accessibility (WCAG) and localization (i18next/next‑intl).

* Mentorship mindset, clear written & verbal communication in English.

Nice‑to‑haves

* Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other real‑time high‑traffic domains.

* Familiarity with WebAudio (Howler), animations (Framer Motion), or game‑like micro‑interactions.

* Knowledge of micro‑frontends, Module Federation, or alternative runtimes (Vite + React 18).

* Contribution to open‑source libraries or tech blogging.
