The Front End Developer designs and implements the userinterface and experience for web applications, ensuring seamless interaction,responsiveness, and visual appeal. They translate design mockups into clean,efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks while optimizingperformance across different browsers and devices. Collaboration with UX/UIdesigners, back-end developers, and product managers is essential to deliverintuitive and user-friendly digital solutions.

Beyond coding, the Front End Developer troubleshoots interface issues,tests new features, and maintains documentation to support ongoingdevelopment and scalability. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies,attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are critical to creatingengaging and accessible user experiences that meet business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience building responsive web interfaces.
• Proficient with at least one major front-end framework: React, Vue, or Angular.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g. SASS, LESS) and methodologies like BEM.
• Experience with tools for performance tuning, such as Webpack, Vite, and testing tools
• Familiarity with SEO basics, semantic HTML, and web accessibility (a11y).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work cross-functionally.
