Seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service manage appointments and perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors clients and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls Manage and schedule appointments or meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence Maintain a clean and organized reception area Collect and verify relevant documentation and information Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry filing and record keeping Provide information about services policies or procedures to visitors and callers Assist with billing or payment processing as needed Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in customer service or administrative support preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues efficiently
