We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for a dynamic office or clinic in the UAE. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage visitor interactions, and ensure smooth daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist visitors, clients, or patients in a courteous manner.
  2. Answer incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  3. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
  4. Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information.
  5. Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
  6. Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, and data entry.
  7. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with admin team for replenishment.
  8. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  9. Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  10. Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
