WE REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A RECEPTIONIST PREFERABLY IN THE REAL ESTATE SECTOR.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Receptionist with a warm and professional demeanor to join team. The ideal candidate is well-presented, service-oriented, and capable of creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.

This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing front office responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and inquiries; take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, keeping it clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, email correspondence, printing, scanning, and filing of property documents and client records.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company listings and services to assist walk-in clients and answer general queries.
  • Ensure a smooth flow of communication between departments by relaying messages and coordinating small tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Competent with basic computer tools including MS Office, email, and scheduling software.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.

Specifications:

Location: Business Bay,Dubai

Working Hours: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)

Salary: AED 4,000 per month
