Role Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist / Sales Officer who will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, while also managing administrative duties and handling incoming customer inquiries. This role combines front desk responsibilities with sales support, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.

Schedule

5 day work week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients, guests, and visitors at the reception.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate client meetings.
  • Support the sales team by managing customer inquiries and leads.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Ensure the reception area reflects the luxury standards of the atelier.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the atelier’s brand values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role (luxury environment preferred).
