The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). What You’ll Be Doing:

- Collaborate with the teams to ensure smooth operations when needed
- Work alongside passionate colleagues in a positive and supportive environment.

- Manage daily bookings, check-ins, and scheduling meetings,
- Respond to in-person and digital inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
- Collect payments and ensuring proper record-keeping and receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in reception and client-facing areas.
- Address day-to-day operational or office-related issues, escalating when needed.
- Ensure guests feel cared for and comfortable throughout their visit.
- Support the team with basic admin tasks and coordination between clients and internal staff.
What You’ll Need:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and act as first point of contact for visitors
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or hospitality role (experience in real estate industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural service mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (booking software, POS systems, communication platforms).
- Proactive, presentable, and calm under pressure.
