Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting mail
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
