Front Desk Manager (Full-Time) – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented Front Desk Manager to become the welcoming face of our international team in Abu Dhabi. This is more than a receptionist role—you will be the first point of contact for our members and their families, creating an exceptional customer journey that reflects our values of professionalism, care, and emotional intelligence.

About the Role

As Front Desk Manager, you will:

– Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, class scheduling, and membership inquiries

– Provide outstanding customer service to parents and members, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism

– Coordinate with coaching staff and management to maintain high operational standards

– Support sales and retention by presenting membership options and helping families find the right programs

– Ensure the front desk area is organized, efficient, and welcoming at all times

Requirements

– Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk management

– Strong organizational and communication skills

– High emotional intelligence and the ability to work with children and families in a supportive manner

– Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

– Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment

– Availability to work 6 days a week, including evenings and weekends
