Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins, verify identity and payment, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
• Set up accurate guest accounts and record Marriott Rewards information.
• Ensure rates match market codes and document any exceptions; secure payment before issuing keys.
• Balance cash receipts, prepare cashier reports and daily closing logs; assist with daily reports.
