The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. This role requires strong communication skills in Arabic and English to assist a diverse range of guests efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve guest concerns, and ensure a seamless front desk experience. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, handling payments and room assignments.
  3. Provide accurate information about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions.
  4. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests.
  6. Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
  7. Assist in handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications as per guest requests.
  8. Process payments, verify credit card transactions, and maintain accurate billing records.
  9. Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure security and guest confidentiality.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  1. Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  2. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality front desk role is preferred.
  3. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations professionally.
  5. Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  8. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
