Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Front Desk Agent, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
  2. Greeting guests personally by name when known and escorting them to their rooms to make them feel welcomed and expected.
  3. Conducting in-room and hotel familiarization and assisting guests with hotel activity inquiries and requests.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions, and related information to respond effectively to guest queries.
  5. Monitoring rate levels and occupancy to optimize sales and occupancy management.
  6. Administering front desk cashiering standards accurately and complying with all policies and procedures.
  7. Processing accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate posting of all incidental charges using computerized front office systems.
  8. Maintaining guest privacy by ensuring no guest details are disclosed.
  9. Having a comprehensive understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and hotel facilities and happenings.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience

You should ideally hold a degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of an additional language. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are also required. Being computer literate and having experience with Opera is an advantage.
