We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Front Office professionals who want to advance their careers.

Role: Front Desk Agent

You will be responsible for providing professional, customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service to all guests to achieve high customer satisfaction through personalized service from arrival to departure.
  2. Personally greeting guests by name, if known, and escorting them to their rooms to make them feel welcome.
  3. Conducting in-room and hotel familiarization and assisting guests with hotel activity inquiries and requests.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, and attractions, to respond effectively to guest queries.
  5. Monitoring rate levels and occupancy to optimize room sales.
  6. Administering front desk cashiering standards accurately and complying with all policies and procedures.
  7. Processing accounts from check-in to check-out, ensuring accurate posting of incidental charges using computerized systems.
  8. Maintaining guest privacy by ensuring confidentiality of guest details.
  9. Having a thorough understanding of hotel policies, procedures, service standards, and hotel facilities and events.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences: Ideally, a degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of an additional language. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
