Education, Qualifications & Experiences: Ideally, a degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of an additional language. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are required. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.
