About the Location

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach features an unparalleled location, innovative luxury, and personalized service, exceeding high expectations in Dubai's competitive market. What You Will Do

  1. Welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and establish payment methods.
  2. Check guests out, prepare and explain bills.
  3. Handle guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, accommodating special requests.
  4. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, events, directions, etc.
  5. Respond promptly and accurately to guest requests both in person and via phone.
  6. Resolve guest complaints and personalize service experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
  • Understanding of guest preferences and guest-centric approach.
