As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting a hotel, office building, or any other establishment. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, making reservations, directing guests to appropriate personnel or areas, and providing information about the organization. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
