Your Day-to-Day

First impressions count. To ensure our guests' memorable experiences start off right, we're looking for a Front Desk Agent who can make transactions seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel at home. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a warm and memorable welcome to guests
  • Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone
  • Managing guest bookings and payments
  • Ensuring a swift check-in and check-out process
  • Anticipating guest needs and offering tailored recommendations
  • Assisting guests with bill issues, restaurant recommendations, and other inquiries

What We Need From You

  • Excellent communication skills to handle guest concerns and compliments
  • Problem-solving skills to turn issues into positive experiences
  • Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus
  • Good literacy and tech skills, including reading, writing, basic math, and computer proficiency
