Job Description
  1. Greet and check-in guests, providing a warm welcome and efficient service
  2. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
  3. Process check-outs, including accurate billing and payment handling
  4. Upsell hotel services and amenities to maximize room occupancy and guest satisfaction
  5. Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and services
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
  7. Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests
  8. Ensure the front desk area is organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  9. Assist with administrative tasks, including report generation and inventory management
  10. Adhere to hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach
  11. Participate in ongoing training to enhance guest service skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a guest services role, preferably in a hotel setting
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  4. Experience with Opera hotel management software preferred
  5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  7. Multilingual skills, particularly Arabic and English, are highly advantageous
  8. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
