We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Freshers for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to HR managers, directors, and decision-makers at companies to introduce our recruitment services.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients over the phone, understand their recruitment needs.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential companies and decision-makers to target, using online tools and databases.
  • Sales Pitching: Present our services in a clear and persuasive manner, aiming to schedule meetings or calls with senior management.
  • CRM Management: Record client information, track interactions, and manage follow-ups in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and support business development efforts.
  • Achieve Targets: Work towards individual and team targets for lead generation, meetings, and conversions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients confidently. Preferred native English speaker/native Arabic speaker.
  • Goal-Oriented: Motivated by sales targets and eager to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to pick up new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, resilient, and persistent, with the ability to handle rejection professionally.
