French Speaking Project Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager fluent in French and English to lead and organize high-impact events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing event installations particularly with wooden structures from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events
• Coordinate with internal teams including designers, project engineers, assistants, and coordinators
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of wooden installations and event setups
• Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics
• Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication
• Oversee on-site event setup and resolve any arising issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing event projects, especially with wood-based installations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work effectively with multicultural and remote teams
• Willingness to travel when required
