Job Description

Korn Ferry is seeking an experienced Associate Recruiter based in Egypt to join one of our prestigious RPO accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, optimizing sourcing channels, and proactively developing talent pools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with Recruiters to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and understand recruitment needs.
  2. Identify relevant channels and strategies to source candidates that match client requirements.
  3. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies against predefined outcomes.
  4. Manage candidate relationships to build a strong passive candidate community.
  5. Partner with team members to generate ideas and share information for effective searches.
  6. Develop ongoing candidate pipelines and expand talent networks for active requisitions.
  7. Be a subject matter expert in applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment processes.
Candidate Profile
  1. Interest and ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
  2. Fluent in French, Arabic, and English.
  3. Effective communication and listening skills.
  4. Ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize multiple stakeholder needs.
  5. Experience in FMCG sourcing is a plus.
