Job summary

dnata is hiring a Freighter Loading Expert at Dubai’s Al Maktoum International (DWC). You will supervise loading/off-loading of Freighter aircraft, ensure safety, and coordinate with ALS/Load Master to meet on-time departures 24/7.

The role requires relevant ground handling experience, UAE driving licence, and strong English. IT skills and supervisory ability are a plus, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School with a certificate and 4–6 years of experience in ground handling.
• Diploma in Ground Handling with 2–4 years of experience in ground handling.
• UAE Driving Licence to gain ADP.
• English level 5.

Responsibilities

• Complies with SOPs, work instructions and airport standards to ensure smooth Freighter operations.
• Handles loading and equipment operation for incoming/outgoing Freighter flights.
• Conducts safety briefings and intervenes when risk is detected to ensure safe practices.
• Ensures safety issues are addressed per safety regulations and reporting processes.
• Works under time constraints to meet on-time departure targets while maintaining safety.
