A Freight Forwarding Sales Manager plays a critical role in the logistics and transportation industry, focusing on developing and maintaining business with clients who require the transportation of goods across international borders. This position involves understanding market trends, creating effective sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their freight forwarding needs. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with existing and potential clients.
