Next Hire Management Consultancies are hiring Experiences BDM's for their International Client in Freight Forwarding for UAE.

This Job is only for Business Development Managers with Experience in Freight Forwarding industry only.

Job Description:

The Job role is to gain and develop business from new customers in order to exceed predefined targets set by the Management.

The individual is directly responsible for volume/revenue/GP growth across all products in Sea/Air/Land freight.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop import, export & cross-trade business across all products, by onboarding new

customers.

• Exceed targets as predefined by head of sales by contributing and achieving

annual Budget.

• Maintain a robust pipeline with full growth potential of all target & prospect accounts, considering focus vertical markets set by the company.

• Ensure all opportunities are fully up-to-date in pricing/opportunity in the CRM on daily bases.

• Provide continuous feedback on rates and market conditions to pricing team.

• Maintain CRM inputs for all client activities, updates to be done at least once a week.

• Ensure 100% data quality throughout in CRM.

• Assist in setting up agendas for visitors by setting up relevant & appropriate customer

meetings.

• Actively participate in initiatives, special focuses & projects as assigned by head of sales.

• Achieve GP minimum 3-4 times of your target salary.

Job Requirements:
