Job description

The Opportunity:

Workers provided by an employment or temp agency for a limited period of time on a fill-in basis or for a finite project.

The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day team operation across multiple business units within MEA. To ensure all individuals' KPIs and service levels are met, and to facilitate daily collaboration across multiple business units for timely shipments and daily billing.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Freight & logistics, Export

  • International trade experience
  • Knowledge & experience of Letters of credit
  • Hazardous awareness training

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies:

How You'll Thrive And Create An Impact:

  • Identify and meet customer business requirements by providing solutions
  • Develop holistic relationships within MEA, including warehouses/CDCs
  • Contribute to monthly sales and gross margin targets
  • Ensure timely reporting of shipments and manage escalation processes for shipments on hold
  • Manage business-driven projects to successful completion
  • Participate in forecasting, highlight risks, and work with the team to meet expectations
  • Collaborate with commercial and operations departments for accurate transaction processing
  • Build relationships with warehouse functions across multiple BUs
